The sessions are kind of difficult in the sense that you’re always flexing everything. For the beginner portion (13 weeks) you’re doing about three sessions a week, from 15-40 minutes each. One thing that I love about DDPY is that it doesn’t take too much time and energy out of me. I can almost bend down and put my palm on the floor. I can lean forward and extend my hands easily over my toes. And I’ve just gotten way more flexible in general, which is probably the main reason why we do yoga to begin with.
